1. Purpose and privacy

This directory helps verified residents share local service information. Identity and villa details are available only to authorized administrators except where you choose to publish identifying information. Review the Privacy Notice for details.

2. No endorsement or liability

A vendor listing or resident recommendation is not an endorsement or guarantee. Residents must assess providers independently. The community administrators are not responsible for service quality, payments, disputes, loss or damage arising from a vendor engagement.

3. Content accuracy

Reviews and forum posts are individual opinions. Submit only truthful, relevant information based on genuine experience. Administrators may moderate, edit the status of, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, unlawful or unrelated.

4. Resident and vendor conflicts

Residents who operate or are connected to a listed vendor must not review that vendor or post misleading content about competitors. Conflicts of interest should be disclosed to an administrator.

5. Anti-retaliation policy

Harassment, threats or retaliation based on a review or community post are prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the directory.

6. Account responsibilities

Keep your login credentials private and provide accurate registration information. Accounts and submitted content may be restricted while residency, identity or compliance concerns are reviewed.

7. Acceptance

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not register or submit content. Contact the community administrator with questions or removal requests.
