Information we keep

Resident registration details are used for account access and moderation. Vendor details, forum posts, reviews, contact messages and promotion details are stored to operate the directory. Passwords and password-reset tokens are stored only as secure hashes.

What appears publicly

Approved vendor listings, forum posts and reviews are public. A resident can publish a review as Anonymous; administrators can still identify its account for moderation. Contact messages and account details are not displayed publicly.

How information is used

Administrators use submitted details to manage accounts, moderate community content, answer messages and manage listings or promotions. Personal information is not sold.

Corrections and removal

Use the contact page to ask the community administrator to correct or remove account, message, review, forum or vendor information.
